Connection forever

When you are in front of a camera often there is a million racing thoughts that are competing for your attention. Does my hair look right? How does it look on camera? Is my shirt nice enough? Am I wearing the right dress? and of course some many, many more. It never changes with age.

Who you are, the life you have lived and the spirit you are willing to share when you sit for a portrait are the exact ingredients required to create a portrait that will hold a connection within you family forever.

The lighting, the chair, the backdrop those are all my concerns as the curator and photographer. Let me bring you peace with the knowing that when you sit in the chair and we talk, your words bring life to your portrait. Your eyes will start to grow larger as you share in words about the choices you made across the years. The years so beautifully sitting with us both in light and space.

As we flow through the morning or the afternoon, the ease will rest with us. Time lowers the barrier of the lens before you and without hesitation you are there. All there.
